Maija: Hey there! I'm Maija, a 3rd-year architecture student from Aalto University. In this blog, I aim to better understand how the architecture of the ancient Greeks and Romans molded our built environment, and how antiquity still affects our world today. Most importantly, I'm ambitious to discuss how we could learn from these ancient structures to develop a more sustainable tomorrow. Apart from the above, my other interests include volunteering in the student community, drawing buildings and other things that inspire me, and from time to time challenging my fear of heights at the bouldering gym.
